CAR GIVEAWAY  - OFFICIAL RULES

DRAWING:  Drawing entries will be accepted during the George Wallace Show in person at  3555 Las Vegas  Blvd, Main Showroom, Las Vegas NV 89109, beginning December 8,  2008.   Random drawing from received and qualified entries will be held at 11:15 p.m. on April 1, 2010 at the Main stage of the showroom. Crazy  World  Inc. assumes no responsibility for unanticipated delays in holding such drawing.  Presence at drawing is not required to claim prize. Winning entrant must answer their phone at time of the drawing or another entrant will be selected by  random drawing from remaining entries.  Completion of such an alternate drawing will foreclose any and all claims of  the originally winning entrant to the automobile.  CrazyWorld’s decision to  hold such alternate drawing is final.

ENTRIES: Entries must be given in person to the representative at the showroom OR VegasOnDemand.com ticket purchases also qualify as official entries. Completed entries must  be  submitted to the George Wallace show before commencement of the  drawing. Entry must be verified prior to submission by staff member in charge at George  Wallace Show.  Entrant will be required to fill out basic contact information  on the submission.  Only one entry per Guest.  All entries become the property of CrazyWorld Corporation and will not be returned.  No mechanically reproduced entries will be  accepted.  No responsibility is assumed for illegible, lost, misdirected, or late entries.

PRIZE: One (1) base model Smart Car will be awarded to an entrant randomly selected by a  drawing to be held on April 1, 2010 at 11:15 p.m. at the George  Wallace show, or at a later date, place, and time, if so required.  Winning entrant has the option of requesting a cash option of $7,500 (seven thousand five hundred) to be provided by CrazyWorld Corporation in lieu of the base model Smart Car.  By accepting the cash option, winner relinquishes any and all rights to the base model Smart Car and any difference in prize value.

TAXES AND CHARGES: Winning entrant is responsible for all applicable taxes (whether local, state, federal, or international), surcharges, tariffs, duties, shipping and handling  charges, and all other charges associated with taking  possession of the automobile or receiving cash amounts in lieu of automobile.  Winning entrant is also responsible for title, license, registration, insurance and all other requirements related to use of the  automobile.

WARRANTY: Neither Crazy World Corporation nor its agents or agencies assume any responsibility for damages, losses, or injury resulting from the automobile or its operation.  Crazy World Corporation and its agencies and agents make no warranty of any kind regarding  the automobile.  Crazy World CORPORATION AND ITS AGENCIES AND  AGENTS EXPRESSLY EXCLUDE ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES OFFERED BY  CrazyWorld CORPORATION, ITS AGENCIES OR AGENTS WHICH EXTEND BEYOND THE  DESCRIPTION ON THE FACE HEREOF.

ODDS:  Odds of being selected to receive base model Smart Car depend on  the number of customers which submit entries for the drawing.

DISCLOSURE: Entry constitutes permission to disclose any provided information in an effort to comply with legally required disclosure, and/or for promotional and commercial purposes, except where prohibited by law.  Any winning entrant may request verification that the advertised base model Smart Car is delivered.

WINNING  ENTRANT: Winning entrant will be required to  participate in post-drawing  publicity promotions. Winning entrant will  be required to provide personal  identification and verification of address to claim prize. Winning entrant may be required to execute an  affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release within  fourteen days of drawing or the prize will be forfeited and an alternate entrant selected. Crazy World reserves the exclusive right to determine whether any entrant meets any pre- or post-drawing  requirement to claim any prize. Crazy World exclusively reserves all  rights to provide  adequate substitutes for the car giveaway if such  becomes undeliverable.  Should winning entrant later be determined  ineligible for any reason, Crazy  World Corporation reserves the right  to conduct a random drawing at any time  after the conclusion the show.  Any alternate drawing is subject to scheduling  by Crazy World  Corporation without notice to any entrant.

ELIGIBILITY:   Participation in drawing is open only to individual registered at the  George  Wallace show or those that purchase a ticket for the George Wallace show at VegasOnDemand.com. Companies represented by any individual customer  are not  eligible for participation, and any such company does not have  any claim to  the prize awarded to the winning entrant. Employees and  the families of  employees of Crazy World Corporation are ineligible  for participation in  drawing. Employees and the families of employees  of any contractor of Crazy World ineligible for participation in  drawing.  Employees and the families of  employees of any sponsor of the  car giveaway are ineligible for participation  in drawing.  Incomplete  or illegible entries, or entries received after  commencement of  drawing, are not eligible. This offer is void where  prohibited, and subject to all applicable federal, state, and local   laws.

SPONSORSHIP: The car giveaway is a promotion organized by  the  Crazy World Corporation, in conjunction with those entities  identified in this  entry form as sponsors of the car giveaway. The car giveaway is not organized  or produced by the participating dealer of  Crazy World’s choice.

SUBMISSION: Submission of this entry form  for verification by  Crazy World by any entrant constitutes that  entrant’s agreement to abide by  the terms and conditions of these  Official Rules. Crazy World Corporation  reserves the right to cancel  or modify the drawing in any way, including, without limitation, to  modify or amend these rules at any time and from time to time, until the opening of the contest.
