1.    Sea Blue Restaurant at MGM Grand: If you are in the mood for a great seafood place, then this is the restaurant you do not want to miss out on!  Executive Chef Michael Mina prepares the most amazing seafood dishes.  Imagine your dish traveling from the Caribbean to the Pacific North West to the shores of Maui right onto your table!  Not only are they known for their exceptional seafood, but they were given the Award of Excellence in 2008 for their exquisite Wine List of 350 Wines from California and France.  Check out the amazing fish tank.  Dress is casual.  Reservations are highly recommended.

2.    il fornaio at New York, New York: Is Italian your favorite cuisine?  This is the restaurant for you!  Try their homemade pasta and excellent salads.   They are also known for their delicious melt in your mouth bread.    Choose from 120 wines from California and Italy.  Il fornaio received the Wine Spectator Award of Excellence in 2008.  Reservations not required but recommended.  Enjoy a meal for less than $15.

3.    Postrio at the Venetian: Whether you like chops, pizza, or seafood, you will find it here.  The uniqueness of this restaurant, you can dress up or dress down.  Either way, you are covered – atmosphere, as well as food!  Wolfgang Puck is an experienced chef that can cook a splendid swordfish, while creating the best gourmet burger in Las Vegas.  This shows Puck’s talents all around.  Don’t forget to order from one of their many salads, as well as order a glass of tasty wine.

4.    Emeril’s at the MGM Grand: Are you craving Cajun or Seafood?  Emeril’s is the place for you.  Emeril Legasse, the talented chef of Emeril’s, offers you overwhelming flavors and smells that can literally enchant you.  Try Emeril’s BBQ shrimp or Lobster Martini Salad along with wine for a more hearty meal.  If you are there for lunch, try the famous po boy sandwich, gumbo and a beer.  Dress is casual or dressy.  Your choice!

5.    Craftsteak at MGM Grand: If you are in the mood for an all American steak, Craftsteak is the steakhouse to try.  Prices range from $50 to $75, so be prepared for an awesome tasting, juicy steak.  Chef Tom Colicchio will not disappoint your expectations.  In fact, you have likely never tasted a steak quite like this.   They also offer mouth watering seafood.  Dress is casual to dressy.  Reservations are recommended.
